She does not use any particular coaching model but has a wealth of coaching knowledge and will use appropriate models, or parts of models, as each situation requires.

Over the last few years she has become increasingly involved in coaching board level and potential board level personnel either as individuals or as teams. Also, she has become a Supervisor to other coaches, using her experience to help them overcome coaching problems.
