For the last 20 years Freya has been working as a top level consultant engaged in coaching and change management assignments. During this period she has established a strong reputation for her highly professional and pragmatic approach.

Freya has worked with a wide range of clients, public and private, on the introduction of change management and performance development. This work covers the coaching and leading of key client teams in order to develop strategy and define and deliver programmes within the process.

Through a collaborative approach with the client and their key stakeholders Freya has enabled clients to meet the needs of the business. She is most comfortable working with Board level people, either individuals or the Board as a whole.

Stephen Okunowo

For the past 12 years Stephen has been working as a consultant engaged in change management assignments and coaching. During this period he has established a strong reputation for his highly professional and pragmatic approach to coaching and change management.

Stephen has worked with a wide range of clients, public and private, on the introduction and application of multi-agency joint ventures and change management. This work covers the coaching and leading of key client teams in order to develop strategy, and define and deliver programmes within the process. His commitment and passion for change is underpinned by the firm belief that people are the only true differentiator in modern business.

Through a collaborative approach with clients and their key stakeholders Stephen has enabled clients such as Citibank, C&A and Amey to meet their business targets.
